Refund Policy

TADU takes product quality and customer safety very seriously. We have HIGH NORTH LAB third-party have the product tested. The third-party testing standards help us ensure that the product you are getting from us is the highest quality possible. In the rare event that you receive a product, you feel does not meet the quality standards you were expecting, we encourage you to contact our support team for further assistance. Our management team will review each refund request on an individual basis to determine the best possible resolution. If we determine that a refund is necessary, we reserve the right to offer Store Credit in place of a refund. The form of refund is determined based on your payment method, and order amount. We will work with each customer to come to a solution. TADU also reserves the right to charge a processing fee to refund a payment.

Return & Refund Terms

  • Refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis by our management team.

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of their order's delivery for any concerns or refund requests.

  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded.

  • Store credit may be offered in place of a refund.
Credits expire after 90 days and are given in the form of a coupon code.

  • Shipping costs will be covered by TADU for defective products or incorrect orders.

  • Bulk orders over 112 grams are not eligible for returns unless the item is defective.

  • Refunds are subject to our management team's approval.

Payment Terms

  • Payments should be received within 12 hours of placing an order.

  • Orders unpaid after 12 hours will be automatically canceled.

  • Any canceled order cannot be placed back in processing status.

  • Late payments will not be refunded.

  • Multiple failed payments can result in a permanent ban from TADU websites and services.

Payment Methods

Our website accepts payments made by debit/credit cards as well as Apple Pay. If you require a different payment method, we kindly request that you get in touch with our support team to make the necessary arrangements and address any further inquiries
